    How r u?
    I am also doing 3 to 5 miles walk everyday. Somehow missed to update here. Few days it was raining and just managed to walk inside home.
    And yeah..Climate is gonna be cold soon. Have to walk inside the home..

    M good. My mil left. Now trying to shift back to our healthy food diet we were following. Hoping to see scales move beyond 165lbs. Though no weight gain. I feel bloated.

    So need to bring some changes in food

    Thanks girls..jerked my screwed up spine and hit my head too, and also legs...sometimes it is becoming scary to travel on road ..road rules flouted, and speeds god help..

    Will slowly get back..need to..the effects of meds has to be exercised off..it will be slower than the snail..but then it is the way it is now..

    I myself was motivated by so many members here on forum. Especially @Shanvy

    Me too. I have a watsup group for weight loss we update daily there also share meal plans. So I am active there. Forget to update here. But I am on my walking n eating healthy routine.
