Hi ladies I am planning to do masters. Is an online M Sc programme equal to regular learning? Should University ranking or mode of study be given more importance ? TIA
Star, so happy to see that you want to do Masters. Go for it. Let's face it, online won't or can't be the same as full time face to face learning. However, that's not important for us. We cannot go to college like students. We should feel lucky that thanks to technology we have the choice to fulfil our ambitions while taking care of family and without stepping out of home. Depends on the subject you will select also. Pick the subject you are passionate about and Sky is the limit irrespective of online or regular. Don't get too busy with your studies and forget to keep updating us of your progress
tell us more. What MSc subject, where online ? Have you already compared the syllabus of online vs. regular college ? I was looking at udemy website (Online Courses - Learn Anything, On Your Schedule | Udemy) and they are now advertising classes for only ₹830 ... and up. If you have the time, it is a good thing to do. When you have the time, tell us more about your plan in a little more detail. TIA.
Udemy certificates are not good enough for jobs. It's a good website for knowledge gain though. All the best.
Hi Star, As Amulet said tell us more. Even I'm trying to do Masters. From where do you want to do MS? India , USA or any other part of world. If its USA I can help you to know more details. After doing so much research I did finalize a college in New Jersey which is has an Online Masters. My TOEFL test is due in October. Admission starts in November.
Hi Sorry to reply late. I haven’t decided about the course. I have shortlisted some UK and US universities that provide online M Sc programs like Leeds Becketh university in UK. They have the same syllabus online as well as on campus.
Hi Archana I need help in knowing more serials for doing MS in USA. I stay in California and want to do MS.
