Good morning from the East Coast
Yesterday I weeded for an hour and this amounts to about 7,000-8,000 steps.
Though my FitBit shows 4599 I added an rounded it out to 12,400

@Gauri03 - Thanks for initiating this again, my friend. You know what I need! I went out for a brief run yesterday and did the Couch to 5K Week5 Day 1 Today :)
I love this Garmin Forerunner. Why did I put this off so much!

Well, I've been married for ...... I dunno! After the first year I stopped counting. What's the point I thought. ;-)
I also stopped counting my age after 30.
So, I have been celebrating my first wedding day and 30th birthday for many years.

Glad that you are trying to get your steps in in small doses. Keeps you active.

The evenings for me are not working out all that well. Still trying to get back into the routine.

Awesome to see the posts and all the miles logged. Fantastic ladies!
Here you with mine. Foot/ankle issue getting better and I am walking with vengeance. Hiking is still off limits. Will try to be more regular here. I averaged 9000+ steps for the whole month. Feel like patting and saying this to myself

    Guys....Whats up!How is everyn's running going...

I have reached plateau...im on same weight for a month...was used to seeing the scale move. May be my body got a brain! :p

Anyone faced the this...BMI is 22.6 which is fine and healthy but i wanted to get rid of two more kgs...
Im able to wear my colkge jeans as well...My husband says may be this fitness thing has got on my mind.

Lats night he said he can certify im fit and fine....i should just stop walking!

I dont know ....i m still a foodie...but when i wear saree and a dress and look at mirror...i feel no food can substitute this feeling of looking good( never felt about FOOD that way. off course it never stops me when there is a birayanii in scene...but i over eat that and my brain starts thinking how to balance the meal now ).

treat or trick...is in the air now...!
