Lets Our Dreams Come True By Loosing Weight

    My old measurement when I was 81.7 kg
    Chest ===> 102 cm (40 inches)
    Waist ===> 89 cm (35 inches)
    Hip ===> 116 cm (45 inches)
    Thighs ===> 71 cm (28 inches)
    Arms ===> 36 cm (14 inches)

    My current measurement when I was 65.5 kg
    Chest ===> 89 cm (35 inches)
    Waist ===> 79 cm (31 inches)
    Hip ===> 96.5 cm (38 inches)
    Thighs ===> 60 cm (24 inches)
    Arms ===> 29 cm(11.4 inches)

    My goal as of now is I want to go below 60 kg(58 - 59 kg). I want to reduce my hip size to 91 cm ( 36 inches) . Let me see how it goes. I got stuck up with this weight for past 4 - 5 months. I think I should change my diet plan a little
    Regarding workouts, I walk everyday 10000 steps in moderate speed (or) Yoga + 3 to 4 minutes Cardio.

    From beginning itself, I didn't do crash dieting or heavy workout. It was moderate from beginning. Just I changed my food habits to healthy and started doing exercise at least 5 - 6 days a week.
    Hope I ll reach my goal weight.

    Great !!!!

    It depends on ur height if you are in correct BMI it is difficult to lose weight

    I am 160 cm. MY BMI is 25.6. I was bit in heavier side once after my schooling is done(between 60 - 63). During my marriage I was around 66. Now actually I reached that weight. I am not sure whether it may reduce further.
    Anyways I am very happy with my body now. Feeling so healthy and with my clean food habits.

    Let me see how the journey goes........

    You look amazing !!! Keep doing what you are doing atleast if you can maintain thats really good ! watch the inches grow not kilos as my trainer says we put kilos because of protein intakes but if your inches grow then you need to be watchful
