Star, you need to be very careful about whom you give your number to. Maybe you can talk on the Internet without giving out your number and then see how it goes. Phone call maybe very costly also. Did you check with your colleagues friends and neighbours already. That way you can talk face to face na.

Yes I understand. Yes I meant something like Skype. Yea I did check , I prefer someone with a good accent and I think it would be boring to talk to the same people whom you meet everyday.

Instead of speaking to unknown strangers, you can try speaking to professionals to improve fluency and accent. Many such professionals are available online for nominal payment. You can Google and find it out

Listen. Repeat what you heard. And tape both the original and your repeat side by side.
Then do it again and again.

There are many radio stations on the internet you can use.... From Canada, from America, from UK.
You will tune into the website of the radio station that has a lot of talking -- like news shows, or commentary shows.
You will then play a segment, one sentence (or few sentences) at a time, stop, then repeat what you heard. Do it a few times, like doing exercise or yoga.
If you have a tape recorder (many phones have), tape both the original and your repeating that, and see how close you come.

No need to have a human teacher, and pick up her bad habits.
BBC (England) and NPR (America) CBC (Canada) are good places to listen to.
