    Super ya...
    Consistent work.

    HI gknew u too doing good.
    Had traveling, health issues,but limited food items. Had like roti and Sabzi.

    Tmw start my physical activity.
    Yesterday I checked my weight is 106.7kg.
    Feeling good.

    Let's do without fail physical activity.

    Thanks. I was fat almost from 10yrs. But only now I got time and motivation to do walking.

    Gym diet is very difficult for me.

    Walking n cutting oil foods n including more veggies sprouts n spinach is easy for me.

    Finish dinner 3hrs before bed time.
    Start walking 30mins morning n 30 mins evening. You will see difference.

    It's very hot in Chennai. Guess walking around home is only option.

    It's very hot in New Jersey. Onlyb7pm to 8.30 is good.

    No walking on Monday. I have few varicose veins in my right leg and it pains a lot yesterday. So, didn't do walking yesterday. Hopefully I can do some walk today.
