    Hi all, today s update
    15 min treadmill.i do strength training for 20 min.ehich include multi station in gym.for abs, shoulder,back rtc.arms I do with 5 kg dumbbell
    I enjoyed doing since I was the first in the gym.
    I don't have time for walking which I miss terribly.anyways eat healthy stay fit
