10,000 Steps Per Day To Maintain Healthy Lifestyle

    I will try this way. Little difficult with my 2n1/2-year-old toddler. She also joins me in the walk and enjoys it more than me. :laughing:
    I also do some squats and Suryanamaskar but I guess to shed this stubborn belly fat, something more is needed.:sweat:
    Do you go for small walks after dinner as well?

    Yes...atleast 20-30 mins after dinner before going to sleep....Tired and will sleep peacefully

    long time I havent updated any.

    12 Apr - 10K steps
    13 Apr - 8k Steps
    14 Apr - 8k Steps
    15 Apr- 9k Steps

    Food is kinda heavy but trying to control. Being school holidays, making specials for them

    Hi,
    Apart from the 10k steps, are any of you managing house work like mopping or washing clothes wherein extra calories are spent.

    I have a maid who cleans the dishes and brooms,mops the floor daily. Apart from that, I do manage other household work like cooking 2 times a day with 2 kids and full time job with no help from husband.

    We do spend extra calories in the household work, but i dont consider them since our body gets used to it

    Great with a full time job and 2 kids you manage to walk close to 14 k steps and more.

    How do you split the steps. Like how many steps in the morning, afternoon n evening.
    I am also planning to walk 10k steps daily.

    24.04.18_ 5000 steps
    25.04.18 4000 steps.

    Currently due to kids vacations, unable to log many steps.

    But generally, its distributed like morning 3k, after lunch around 2k and after dinner 3k exclusively and other 2k would be miscellaneous
