    @hope26 confuse your body. have a cheat day and a low cal day.. calorie cycling to break plateau. that helps sometimes. it is ok otherwise see how you are able to maintain this. have a massage, pamper your skin have more fruits and then get back to calorie counting..

    I have done all that, dear. It is not possible with the situation I am in. I am already on portion control as much as I can and I do lose weight although very slowly. I have a FITBIT and I exercise everyday. I have even cutout eating out.

    Diet for 3days (wed, thu, fri)
    BF: Banana almond smoothie (300cal)
    Green tea + 1glass water
    MS: kiwi and apple with green tea (200 cal)
    1 glass water
    Lunch: Veg brown rice pulao+ dahi (400 cal)
    1glass water
    ES: Normal tea+makhana+almonds+ 2 digestive biscuits (150 cal)
    1 glass water
    Preworkout: 1 cup black coffee (50 cal)
    1 big glass detox tea
    Dinner: Pineapple/papaya and eggs (300 cal)

    I hope it will help to break my plateau (77.7kg today.....lets see what is Saturday morning scale surprise)

    Positive of lifestyle change since feb 2018:
    Good skin, no hair fall, happy mood less mood swing, more active and full of energy, MORE CONFIDENT:cheer::cheer::cheer:

    BF -1 slice bread with peanut butter, apple milkshake
    SN - Tea and 1 rusk
    SN - cucumber & carrot, almond
    LC - vazhathandu thoran and bangain bartha, yogurt, mango thokku
    SN -leban
    DN - carrot and channa salad
    Workout - 10 mins elliptical, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins walk

    Hi raisin,I know how frustrated it will be but just relax.i ve few tips for you..stress,s the main reason for not loosing.good sleep.hydrating yourself (4 lit water), will definitely help. if you don't modify your diet you can't loose even if you work out.1.portion control.2.include more fruit and veggies 3.detox drinks 4.healthy snacks
    Since breast feeding can make you hungry so be prepared with healthy options.
