How are you all doing? Could not catch up as I was held up at work.
Have you done any tests these days to check on yourself.
Few updates from my side
My cycle changed last month. it kicked in at 21 days while I usually have a 28-30 day cycle.
Was a bit worried bout that. Have been speaking to Dr Uppal too about such changes. he seem to have reworked on my composition for this month.
I am unable to do follicular study as all the scanning centres/clinics ask for a proper prescription every time i go. Eventually I had to register with Apollo Cradle to not have all this trouble of prescription, case history etc. But then the OBG/Gynae starts suggesting that I do IUI to not lose a chance, when they can see a growing follicle. Or they suggest I opt for a donor when they cant see the ovaries.
And when I tell I don't want to do any of it but just do a follicular study as I am undergoing Ayurvedic treatment, they would not be interested in doing the scans anymore. I don't want their business interest to put my spirits down.. phewww!!
Now I am planning to do a proper study with Ovulation kits and basal temp to understand my cycle.(Somehow these methods have not been indicative to me).
Hoping that my cycle is not going to get disturbed again. I must make a point that I am not worried about when the periods kick in as I don't seem to get those horrible cramps and back aches now. There have been noticeable improvements in other aspects too.

thanks for your update dear !! My case is somehow similar to yours I visited dr Uppal yesterday for my 2nd -month medicine and told him that I have not seen any markable changes in my body he asked me to wait for at least 3 months, in addition, my periods kicked off today after 15 days of my last cycle. I am really worried don't know how to go further. Lots of sticky baby dust to all indus ladies.

This correction has changed the manner in which i approach these issues.

I felt motivated after receiving my latest tnf report as normal.
Moreover i am enjoying good health too.

Beta hcg levels

Blood -hb tlc dlc esr rh status rbs ppbs
Hbsag ,Vdrl,Hiv 1/2 allok

I am a satisfied woman today.

Hi monagaurav,
First of all relax.
Then check the day date timing and the quantity of flow to note whether its early periods or its mid cycle spotting.

Mid cycle spotting has many reasons
Eg ovulation, intercourse, nutrition issues, strenous excercise

Then discuss with dr uppal to get the necessary changes done in your medications or diet.
I m sure he ll help you.

Thank for the advice dear!!

I Spoke with him on the first day of periods as the flow was low he also suspects that it looks like mid-cycle spotting and asked me to monitor but next day flow increased confirming it to a short cycle of 15 days :-(

On a positive side, normally i had a cycle for 2 days with normal bleeding but this time length of the cycle is increased to 4 days with heavy bleeding. Hoping it might be a good sign for me I am keeping my finger cross.

i had read in your posts that you had (IMMUNE INFERTILITY issues. positive ana and disturbed nk cells).
I want to know what tests did you undergo to find these?
I had just my hormone levels tested and HSG..Should I also undergo these tests?
