    How do you control the urge to snack? I end up snacking even after a huge meal. Need to work on that :(

    Followed diet, 3Lwater, walk afte dinner.

    Meal1: Hot water, almond 4 soaked + cinnamon &honey drink(100cal)
    Meal2: papaya and half paratha (200cal)
    Meal3: apple(100cal)+ coffee
    Meal4: roti + subzi+ dal+ dahi(350cal)
    Meal5:Black coffee w/o sugar
    Meal6: Sprouts (100cal)
    Workouts
    Meal7:lemon water + 2 roti sabzi
    ND: Cinnamon and honey tea(50cal)

    am so happy finally i broke the weight platuea and reached my short term goal at 124 lbs.

    hey ladies.... to lose weight only 1 thing u keep in mind... that is u need to have calorie deficit... burn more calories than u eat simple:hello:
