    great work @SGA
    i am not doing much. this week i may average 6k-7k only. would love to avg 10k atleast once in a while.. let us hope it happens..

    I am doing 50 min elliptical at resistance level 3.... it shows 1-mile, steady but slow pace.

    Feels good, just maintaining my weight. I don't like to be in any food restriction.

    I love candies / cookies, moderately eat on my ration! Believe, one life to live!

    I have to do elliptical to keep my knee problem away .. I do workout and eat what ever i feel like but in my limit:grinning:

    @poovai nice that you are doing some exercise it is much needed just to keep it all smooth.

    for me it is functionsl fitness that i am working on.

    We had been on tour this weekend and I easily made 4miles covering 8k steps both days.

    It's already March end still snowing in NJ, so walking only in home..
    From tomorrow again should do 3miles at least.

    we do walk a lot when we travel.. enjoy the trip and keep it going.. @sumalynux

    i went out to a park and walked for 2 miles.. and stretchings too..
