    Have recently started SNs and currently doing 12 sets per day and planning my way upto 108 SNs.
    I am not looking for weight loss as i am already slim.
    My quetion is what are the changes that you felt after doing these many SNs for this long.
    Any specific benefits that you would want to share.

    Have recently started SNs and currently doing 12 sets per day and planning my way upto 108 SNs.
    I am not looking for weight loss as i am already slim.
    My quetion is what are the changes that you felt after doing these many SNs for this long.
    Any specific benefits that you would want to share.

    Do the SN slowly .... I did it too fast and slightly injured my right knee.

    Because of this, I stopped doing SN.

    When I was doing SN, I felt my posture get better.
