    Before I say any thing about weight loss, I will tell you, don't think about your weight much and just enjoy your college days:hearteyes:. These are the best days of your life :tonguewink: and nothing should stop you from living to the fullest. Now, coming to your weight issues, have you tried finding out what is at the bottom of all this weight gain? Is it hormonal or due to your food intake. Once you know the reason, you will know the correct way to weight loss.

    As far a exercises go, walking has proved to be great for me:grin: I dropped pounds and found my depression melting away:innocent:. I would walk around 2-3 hours a day. I walked everywhere. I saved the money I would have spent on public transport. :laughing: But that I guess is not possible for everyone as every city is not walk-able.:disappointed: But things like walking on the terrace for half an hour does help. In teens I dropped like 5 kgs in 2 months by simple skipping on the rope. You can try that too.

    There's always the gym. :sunglasses:

    If you want professional help, than why not try out this website called bucketlist dreams, you can sign up for a 3 month plan that will cost you around 250 bucks. They will give you a long list of questions on your health condition, lifestyle etc. A nutritionist will look at the question and probably give you a call. You can follow the diet plan given by them to lose weigh These diets aren't one of those fancy diets :unamused:where you cant eat the daily food you eat.

    Hello I am a single mother who knows the term fat .Before I don't care ,Now i care .     Do not stop ur self from enjoying life dear just because of weight..
    College days are carefree days..
    After marriage and starting family u will have so many commitments u cannot roam as u please..
    First of all go for medical checkup to rule out thyroid problem, pcos, other hormone issue that's causing weight gain.
    Then consult good dietician to get a diet n exercise plan.
    U don't gain weight overnight and will not lose it overnight.
    Try a different approach by taking advice from qualifies specialist maybe u lol benefit.
    I can't give any weight loss tips sorry, as I'm myself struggling to lose weight..since I'm hypothyroid maybe it's affecting my weight I do not know. I wish I'd got it tested earlier n taken treatment.

    Count your calories intake.Drink jeers and methi water early morning.Drink green tea after every meal.Avoid refined sugar.Eat your dinner before 7 pm.

    Get a gym buddy .. someone who can motivate you to goto gym. Here itself we have so many threads where people join and support/motivate each other.

    Make a schedule to got gym.

    Keep target to drink 8 glass of water.

    Take 2 photos one when you were slim & fat.!! Keep it in a place where you can see it every day. Look at it and goto gym :)

    Be your friend, your motivator. Health is wealth :)

    Avoid soda items, potato and diary items. Drink grean tea. Try to include protein and berries for all meal
