    Lunch: Brown rice, sambar, salad
    Snack: Apple, nuts
    Dinner: Roti, mixed veg curry

    Water 3L
    Walking 20 mins

    I am back after a gap. I gained 1.5 kg this time. :-(
    I don't have much time to exercise these days. Hopefully will be able to lose weight to reach my target.

    Thanks Felonopsis for alerting me...yes thats true, weight gain happens just like that with out even our notice.
    where as weight loss needs great effort...;)

    Hi All,

    Couldn't update here...I was good on diet part all these days except on last sunday. It was festival for us. Made sweets, Vada, special rice for lunch and also made Veg cutlets in evening.

    I tried to avoid, but couldn't resist and had everything properly...:shakehead:

    Before festival, I weighed my self and found that i reduced 1 kg weight and reached 72. But after festival with festive food, I am again back to 72.5...:weary:

    One more week end trip to home town and my diet went for a toss..

    Yesterday
    ++++++++++++
    Followed diet + worked out 1.5 hours(45 mins gym+45 mins Yoga)
    No change in weight loss too..

    Hi friends!

    I am following diet but I find it tough to reduce my portion size progressively. Exercise also started doing. Water intake I am not tracking but will be around 1 litre. I am now taking increased dosage for my thyroid. Feeling better.

    Evening time I get craving for salty snacks. So I plan to prepare pori kadalai/chivda to satisfy the craving.

    Nice to know that everyone is continuing on the path of weight loss while managing the ups and downs of daily life.

    @hope26 - Yep, give a fresh start, i am doing the same
    @kalcandu - Good, how much mg are you taking now? There was no weight loss because of this, keep going, you will reduce going fwd.
    Snacks- 1. moondhal+lil spice+MW(less cals but it will be like haldirams one) 2. Phool makhana roasted(recipie will be on net, its simple) I have bought this , planning to try it on weekends
