    I didn't do the workout for some days as I was not feeling well.

    Once I am back to normal... Will continue the workout and update it here....

    I ve been going to gym from February.i love to work out now
    I do 30 min treadmill,20 min elliptical.and other mat exercise for 15 min.thats all I do.initially it was difficult for me now I feel better.wanted to improve

    Thank you for your warm welcome
    I just wanted to say something which I found out recently.
    If we want to reduce our weight definitely cardio will help.but our shape will not change.if we want a toned body we have to do strength training
    Eg .
    I have a pear shaped body.i ve been walking through out the year.i am able to reduce weight but my body shape (butt,upper thighs etc

    My body shape has not changed.so I am adding strength training to my regime so that i we not have bulges
