    have been clocking 8000 steps average the whole week with stretches and more stretches. hope this consistency helps me..

    Am I the only person in the world that joined a gym to GAIN weight??
    I used to be just 8 stones and extremely skinny. It took nearly 2 years but I went to 11 stones without growing much body fat - the gym stretched my whole
    Body out and I became wider in the shoulders too. EVERYONE noticed a difference and my clothes all went from small to medium to large. But it was hard work and LOT of eating. I ate chicken or meat nearly always and used to eat 4 times a day everyday.

    So just wanted to share this story, it’s something I am very proud of, something I never thought I could achieve. I am currently 12.5 stones!! Maybe a little too much and I can definitely run less than I used to when I was skinny but seeing my old pictures now, it is definitely worth it.

    So hope you also achieve your goals. Good luck and keep posting

    even if you have stories to tell, i have no time for it.maybe you should use all your free time writing it and publishing it elsewhere all this is read excitedly..

    From 3 to 4 days couldn't do walking was busy with Anniversary and ugadi festival. Need to start walking from tomorrow..

    Feel bloated :fearscream: with all anniversary cake , buffet and festival food.:cry:

    it is ok start drinking water and also workout and the most important part is enjoy the food you eat without guilt. i sometimes womder if calories pile becauze we worry after eating lol happens with all..
