Tuna fish, minced. (if you like you can also fry the tuna fish a little but this is not needed).
Add sweetcorn (or peas, or other vegetable)
Add mayonnaise (or similar sauce, to give some flavour).
Make a sandwich with this and voila - you have a simple lunch, that is healthy and can be stored and eaten cold.

i remember discussing multi grain heslth mix and why i prefer making the same at home than picking it off the shelf.. some of them have more ragi while others have red rice.

i remember one of you saying milling was not a option so you are forced to buy it. been travelling and shuttling and milling not an available option at present so here goes my test if i can still do it..

the earlier recipe and quantities mentioned here.

thw verdict is it is possible with some time and patience. as in the other recipe roasting holds the key.

i toyed with the idea of mixing flours that we get individually but then roasting them slowly and without burning felt a herculean task compared to this.

Wow Shanvy! Amazing! Have never baked a simple bread in my life. Don't know whether I can do it in my air fryer (I believe it is possible) but have a mental block when it comes to baking.
