    Man chatti and was available with my organic store reasonably priced @SunPa and sturdy too. I am disappointed with mitticool.

    Kal chatti I got tempted seeing Satchi’s. I got it and treated it for a week or so


    The rasam, the vathakuzhambu after it rests for few hours is so tasty..

    My gourmet gaana is a brutalized form of where do you wanna go.

    (1) Rice
    (2) Plantain and potato in yogurt and grated coconut.
    (3) Spinach and tomato
    (4) Chilly daal

    Yee haa hoo haw ho! (That is how I scream when I rustle up hearty food)

    no thaali pic as we had guests.
    menu - salads, rice, dal fry, cabbage stir fry, flame roasted papads, yesterdays rested radish+shallots varhakuzhambu and curds.. sweet was sheera prasadh from yesterday..

    soul comfort simple fare..

    today’s simple meal- rice, paruppu podi/ dal powder, red amaranth greens baaji, cauliflower and capsicum sabji, salads and curds.

    as i discussed in the other comeon theead. eating right is the only way. not dieting, or starving or healthy alone. you need to understand what your body needs.. and work with your body rather than at it. same theory that i say when it comes. to any relationship. work with your kid and see the difference than when you work at it. the difference is you are both going in the same direction

    it is easier working in the direction of flow rather than in opposite direction..

    yesterday was a bit crazy and i forgot to click a picture.
    methi dal, radish thoran, potato sabji with shallots and fresh turmeric, salads and curd..

    today it was a simple soul comforting food..

    Any idea what is this jaya rice and sruthi kolam rice used for? I mean for dosa/idli or meals? I could see ads saying sruthi kolam is less in cholesterol :persevere:. Being very bad in these type of knowledge, would like to hear some suggestions in using different varieties of rice.
    I use ponni rice for meals twice in a week for variety rice reciepes for office , other than that ,palakadan matta is the regularly used one. But it takes more time to cook.
