    walking a modfied leslie these days. as my osteopath says i should rest my knee a lot because of the piniformis.

    one thing that has been driven home by my osteopath and physiotherapist is posture. while walking, while aitting. the important aspect of posture gets neglected until a crik reminds you that it is hurting the neck or shoulder.

    the warm up and stretches that make things better. if you just started gettibn back pain or atiff neck it is easy to rectify this with the right stretches and without popping pain killers.

    @SGA and other friends keep company.

    15 minute stretches and 1 mile walk. need to increase some more..

    stretches done, and 10000 steps on the whole. how did i manage it god knows..

    10k steps in less intensity but never mind the goal is about moving...and atretches..

    earlier i would discuss something evey sat/sunday just something about mental and physical health or diet.

    interestingly something surfaced on my feed today well you all know i am not on fb. so somewhere else.

    so it more about the quality of food than fhe quantity. here on these very forums i read a comment the thali portion size were too big as in a equal to 3/4 meals well whomever it was addressed why being so judgemental and harsh. it is a choice by the person and she or he knows what works for her or him.

    the fever of fitness mania has gone so high and heavy that eveyone who is punching and tackling weights thinks she has the right to ridicule the one who eats. well the person has not walked in some of our shoes to know how hard the journey has been and personally my journey has been about walking on my legs as far as i can.

    6000 steps and stretches .. have a spasm so just stopped.
