    Hi Kalcandu..

    Badam is very good for weightloss....I used to soaked it at night and peel off & eat early morning....U can also keep in your purse if going out...and have 8-10 pieces and glass of water to kick away hunger and carving....

    @hope26 Thanks. I plan on including badam in my diet.

    I am facing constipation problem since starting this diet. Anybody else had similar experience? Please suggest remedy to correct it. I would be thankful.


    Today:
    Breakfast: Black chana sundal, milk
    Snack: orange
    Lunch: 2 rotis, dal with snakegourd, yoghurt cheese spread
    Dinner: Banana, milk
    Snack: Dates
    Exercise: 1 hour
    Water: 2L so far:shakehead:
    Challenge not completed:smash2:

    Badam s very good for weight loss (less than 10 per day). actually we have to soak in the night and peal and have in the morning.i don't have much time I ll be it before my work out.
    Constipation - drink hot water (according to your comfort)
    Dry grapes helps a lot.
    Veg like - greens,ladies finger,beets,pudina help.banana stem juice.cucumber
    Fruits - banana and guava
    Drink lots of water . walking does help
    I suffered with constipation during my second pregnancy.these remedies were helpful for me
    Hi Sandya congratulations,u have lost a kg.even that matters.drop makes a ocean.

    @Rakshini you reduced from 83 to 71?? that's great :)
    since you delivered only 4.5 months ago, please take it easy in terms of exercise.. I am not sure if it is c-sec for you.. if so, please do it in moderation.. in any case, check with your doctor.. don't get into an aggressive schedule for weight loss..
    Also if you are feeding your baby, you need to eat well.. do take care..

    22-Feb:

    BF: dosa, tomato chutney
    Coffee
    Lunch: roti, dhal
    Snack: Apple, Plums
    Dinner: Brown rice, brinjal curry, potato fry

    3L water.

    No exercise and heavy dinner.. very bad :facepalm:

    Hi Kalcandu ,

    You intake seems to be too low and you are doing work out on top of that..Your body needs atleast 1200 calories for its normal function...Plan for 3 meals and 2 snacks...Portion control is the key...That might be the reason for the constipation.

    Sandhya and kalcandu,thanku so much.
    Of course I am not restricting much on diet,just eating healthy.(salad,soups,more sabji) taking more water.avoiding junk

    This weight loss journey of mine s like walking on the knife.i have feed my baby at the same time I want to reduce my weight.i don't want to reduce my milk supply.trying to balance both.hope it helps me
