    Hi @Laks09, they removed old videos and uploaded couple of 3 miles videos in YT, there are some 1 mile power walk videos also.

    Hi All

    Last weeks progress:

    Feb 12 - Ls Walk (3 miles)
    Feb 13 - Ls Walk (2 miles power walk), 20mins fitness blender total body cardio and 15 mins strength training with 8lbs (worked out new muscles I can feel in my inner thighs and butt)
    Feb 14 - Ls Walk (3 miles)
    Feb 15 - LS Walk (3 + 2 miles power walk), 20mins POPfitness total body toning with 8lbs
    Feb 16 - Fitness blender Cardio( 30mins)
    Feb 17 - Well spent Saturday morning in Gym : Power Zumba (1hr) + Body pump (1hr)- back to back
    Feb 18 - Went to a trail walk (mostly lazy one).

    19/2 - I walked 10887 steps. Monday being my fasting day, had only dinner - 1 cup of kullu kuthiraivalli kanji/soup. Also had a few almond jaggery also.

    thank you ! all appreciation meand a lot !
    child does keep me on toe al day , last two day was work from home hence no stairs but i made sure i walked with Ira in shoulders for half an hour at least.
    today just 10 stairs up and down , hoping to complete the routine before i go to bed .
    it’s tuff when working from plus days are busy with packaging for india .

    This week going good so far:

    Feb 19 - Body Step (1hr) and 8300 Steps on Fitbit
    Feb 20 - 3 miles LS walk and 8K Steps on Fitbit (@kkrish got Fitbit for VDay with your inspiration)
    Feb 21 - 3 miles LS walk (forgot fitbit and came to office:smirk:, I am not a watch person so will keep reminders to wear it until I got used to it)
