One doubt. Will consuming fresh grated coconut impact weight loss? The quantity consumed would be 1 teaspoon approx daily. Anyway I don't think I could eat sundal without coconut:crybaby2:

    Hi all
Of course weekend's we tend to break the rules.sunday will be a special lunch (non veg). mostly any one meal would be outside.
It's difficult to have control on 3 lit water, early dinner,no junk etc
    My ideas
1.increase my workout on weekends (bcos my husband will take care of kids so I ve more time).I go early to gym and enjoy the bonus time
2.cut and keep carrots on table.ill keep on munching.(when ever I go by near the table).I wouldn't wait for my hunger to strike me.
3.try to avoid junk alone.by this at least we can maintain without increasing our weight
One or two heavy meals s ok,i think
Bcos its a life time change.we can't diet through out our life,so enjoying with control helps a lot
I attended 3 functions on Sunday alone so full of feasting.i reduced my breakfast and increased my work out and enjoyed my lunch and dinner.
After all we too need break right? even we want to enjoy the food.my mind says stop but my stomach and tongue s not obeying.

hope26 it is ok sometimes you slip off. The reason I asked you to write is sometimes writing makes you realize what went wrong and helps you next time to not to travel in that path.
Weight loss should not come at the expense of sacrificing social life. Can I suggest you to do cleanse ? This would help and prepare your system for weight loss. It is like stretching before exercise. This can be simple fasting for 8 hours or green juice cleanse . Sometimes the digestive system needs to take a break. Caffeine is not bad . Too much fruits is also not good. Just consume everything in moderation. Try to do some high impact cardio in the morning on weekends. Try to sneak in walks every now and then. Even if you consume junk food just make a choice to eat only one. Try to carry water around so you consume a bottle before food. Pause for few mins and move around and if still temptation exist then eat it. Weight loss is the most gratifying experience because at the end it is you who will enjoy all the benefits . Imagine the good feeling you will have when you accomplish your goals vs the feeling after consuming junk food. I have been there and done what you have done. But over the years I have realized as women our responsibility increases . I'm at a time in my life where I need to loose weight. You don't want to end up with people like me . Focus on your goal and make wise decisions which would help you achieve your goal. Good luck on your journey. Be consistent with your efforts. Try to visualize your goals and move forward.
