    Hi,

    We are thinking of moving to IV apartments mainly for proximity to other Indians and to have a social life. But many reviews online are very bad with regards to the apartment maintenance and management. Can any of you actually residing there currently please give me a feedback on the quality of the apartment? I am especially concerned about roaches and mice and also overall maintenance. Thanks.

    Welcome Vishaa! There are plenty of well-maintained apartment complexes in Schaumburg with INdian population. Village in the Park, Village green, Versailles on the Lake.....
