    Thank you @justanothergirl, I have been in fitness regime since 2012 and IL has big part in it, I mostly do home workouts due to young kids and traveling husband, I rely on LS walk at home, pop fitness sugar, fitness blender and power yoga during weekdays and saturday I goto Body pump and on sunday I goto Body step in our local gym.

    Did a 2 mile walk/run, mostly walked but felt good after the long hiatus.

    Did a 1.25 mile run and 2.50 mile walk this morning! Felt crazy good, a little sore. Thankfully weather was a.o.k at 42. Didn't matter that it was drizzling - have missed working out through rain or snow.

    Friday Feb 9 - Exercise bike - 25 mins. And maybe around 4K steps.

    Ask me. I am master in that now. I can tell you about most Indian food , how much carb, protein and fibre.

    its making me go crazy..hubby thinks i am going berserk too. but all that sweat thats lost should go to good cause.

    3 full kgs to go back to that dresses the way i want...! 3 big kgs and this big India trip is coming. dunno what i will do.

    now not exactly running due to C sec, but climbing 25 floors daily and min 20 mins walk.plus watching what i eat.

    lets see , my target is Ira's birthday in march ( but...this India trip...its more like food is calling abhi se ...! )
    i dream of golgappes...if i go to pre pregnancy weight i will eat a full shop if it.
    fingers crossed.
