when you have some fresh corn and fresh turmeric and you want to use both effectively you make a soup.

when ypu use the gronder the grains are crushed and increase in volume. while moxie it is cutting by blade, you wont get that volume hence you increase dal proportion. we discussed this difference some where in a very old post.

what happens when you have sudden guests and you need to serve something..with the kids out of the coop you tend to stop hoarding biscuits or muchies. it is the reason i dont bake much at all.

so i rummage the fridge and find my ragi bakri dough in foil for the next day breakfast and a bulb of an idea moment.

crispy ragi vadai with splash of some moong dal to add crunch. it tastes great and an interesting way to give kids ragi.

@satchitananda was thinking of you trying it on airfryer.

i have been meddling with the idiyappam making a lot. such a good ome soft and easily digestible and also works with just milk and sugar or you could make a chinese stir fry with them..

this is for my millet using friends like me. kambu/pearl millet kozhukattai. i ground soaked millets find it is more good in taste than direct flour for some reason. i just made a few kozhukattai as trial the rest of the batter went for dosa/idli
