I remember once when i had a lot of peaches from a organic farm .. I tried adding the peach puree and made the kobbari mittai that rather would be peach kobbari mittai. It tasted too good for obvious reasons that I love the flavour of peach so much. @GeetaKashyap Have you ever tried any variations here ?
Yes, Archu@Archananchan During my teen years, I had experimented Kobbari Mithai with Tomato Puree. The resultant burfi was a kind of Khatta meetha sweet! I have also tried it with cashew powder and almond powder! The results were not bad.
So what @Amica, once in a way, you can commit some sins Don't forget that you have your duties and obligations towards your taste buds too!
I would have not thought of a tomato in my rarest dreams ever Geets ... That shows how innovative cook you are . I must try that some time ..
Archu, marrying peaches and Kobbari mithai is no less of an innovation, dear. You have a bright future in the gastronomic world, God bless you!
