    I remember once when i had a lot of peaches from a organic farm .. I tried adding the peach puree and made the kobbari mittai that rather would be peach kobbari mittai. It tasted too good for obvious reasons that I love the flavour of peach so much. @GeetaKashyap Have you ever tried any variations here ?

    During my teen years, I had experimented Kobbari Mithai with Tomato Puree. The resultant burfi was a kind of Khatta meetha sweet! I have also tried it with cashew powder and almond powder! The results were not bad.:)
