Any Treatment For Low Sperm Count

    Yes, sadly that is the route(if nothing works). Even our urologist mentioned about IVF but he wants us try this for at least 3 months. If you have time and willing to try naturally ..put your husband on fertilaid or similar vitamins and continue your healthy diet. I think even if you are going for IVF this may help to have better sperm.

    A urologist can make recommendations for medical treatment. Some supplements to consider are:
    -vitamin D (look for D3)
    -CoQ10 (look for a water and fat-soluble form for better absorption)
    -L-carnitine (helps with motility)
    -zinc (plus selenium if taken over long period of time as zinc can deplete selenium)
