    Nov 4th
    No workout
    no walk
    eggs for breakfast
    little rice for lunch
    skipped dinner

    Nov 5th
    No workout
    But lot of cleaning chores
    no breakfast
    rice for lunch
    dinner by 8 PM

    @Everyone,

    So good to see everyone posting their routine. Thank you all for motivating each other.

    My weekend went well , no workout but drank lots of water and " I DID NOT EAT OUTSIDE":cheer: I am so happy because i was able to control my weakness,i.e eating outside every weekend.

    2)I did yoga for 39 mins
    3)64 oz of water(1/2 a gallon)
    4) Healthy eating
    5)No junk food

    tried skipping for 10 mins
    3 litres water
    Heavy lunch
    light dinner(just dosas) that too before 9PM
    Had one Kaja sweet
