    @Laks09 C210k is free for the basic version now and we need to pay for getting stats. I have an old garmin forerunner. Still going strong.

    No running no climbing stairs for two days !!! I do hate weekends for this . Planning to include planks on weekends from now on . Any ideas about its effects ?

    Have to go to Bihar in dewaali and the idea of wearing saree and fitting in none of previous blouses is the fear making me run extra from tommrow .

    I've been busy with Golu visits and fast and Pooja as well. No running.

    It's a good core strengthening exercise. Anything that builds strength and stamina is good. It's also good to include some strength tranining in your routine. I've got to look into that myself.
    Maybe you can do some fitness blender videos at home during the weekends. I've heard they are really good.

    Thanks ! Indians ka KPI is eating which we overachieve every weeksn and festivals me to monthly target is done .
    I heard planks is good for reducing tummy... that's what I need most and only !

    You maybe like me. The last place I lose weight and these days the first place I gain is my midriff. Having babies do things to your fat distribution too I guess. I’m not sure if planks help lose tummy weight but it will strengthen your abs so when you do lose the weight the abs will good great.

    I dragged myself out after all the Navarathri fast is done and dusted and I have no more excuses. I did a fast 5k. I was supposed to do a 4 miler this week but looks like that’s a next week thing!

    Oh yes that's me ! When I was pragnant log told me I have just gained wieght in the tummy region.. I chuckled at that . Not anymore !

    Me still recovering from navarathri madness :(. I must have packed on atleast 10 pounds.

    Couple of slow 5ks this week and I forgot to log it :)
    I’m hoping to try and outdoor run tomorrow with the weather getting cooler here.

    I ran a 5k this morning and then walked a couple of miles with a friend. I’m exhausted and need a nap!
