Where can I buy fresh Fish/Prawn/Chicken/Mutton near Hougang Avenue 3

Just wanted to share about my experience with Kovan wet market.
It really has good collection and quite decent size.
Comparing other small wet markets near hougang, I found this cheaper with good options (I mean seer fish mostly ).
I used to buy Batang fish (Seer fish / Vanjaram) 1 piece 14 sgd usually approximately 1.4 to 1.5 kg.
Prawn king size usually 1kg 12 to 16 sgd (usually cheaper on week days)
tried kampong chicken once, it was delicious too price around 8 sgd one chicken
