    True all the statutory warnings are absurd. I the government didn't wnt people to smoke it would have banned tobacco cultivation. These warnings ill not stop people from drinking or smoking.

    Looks like the evening news could turn one into a hypochondriac. Like watching News Tonight on Times Now can give you a splitting headache. That show should be sponsored by pharma cos making headache relief tablets..

    I or we learn quickly from exp of others and in this case too. See wedlocked celebs and they before and after judicial separation mentally deranged the move proved disastrous either way. IL'ite Bro Kamalji in his latest thread listed celebs including Infosys Narayana Moorthy's DIL IN THIS CATEGORY. But Bard William Shakespeare quoted thus: Whether u marry or not; at or around forty you repent. Either way it is injurious but it is left to individual 'choice. Thank you.

    I just don’t understand why such announcements are limited to smoking and drinking. In fact werecent Gorakhpur hospital incident in which nearly 70 kiids got killed due to lack of Oxygen supply showed how risky it is to enter hospital.     A visit to popular hospital with my son for his catch in groin resulted in specialist prescribing barium meal test and advice to go a for an immediate minor surgery for Hiranya that would need to rest in hospital as inpatient for a week.
    2. Boy was bit bold and told doctor that as he can't afford to miss degree exams and requested to prescribe suitable pain killer.
    3. Doctor opined that it is a question of life and death and therefore he should decide. Is it degree exam or life!
    4. After some more discussions, reluctantly doctor wrote out prescription -pain killer - my son & I came out. He spoke to mother over phone . As parents our urging him to get admitted in the hospital proved futile. He maintained since barium is isotope and radio active and some how felt doctor could be wrong about his diagnosis -guess- possible hiranya. Eventually we decided to go to another popular hospital to have second opinion. A panel of doctors, after examining him, prescribed few simple exercises. One of the junior doctors trained him to do the three different exercises involving simple postures. Voila. In an hour he was rid of that nagging catch and my wife and I could see a smiling son walking without limping!
    5. The paradox is "was visit to the hospital injurious to my son". (No Statutory Warning)!!!!!!

    THE PROBLEM IS MEDICINE HAS BECOME A BUSINESS AND LOT OF DOCTORS ARE BLINDED BY GREED TO PRESCRIBE EXPENSIVE TREATMENTS .iT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO TAKE A SECOND OPINION.
