I saw a blouse style on a TV talk show.

The girl, a lecturer in some Engineering College, was on a panel in the discussion. I was curious about the sleeves of her blouse. She had a solid cloth on the main body of the blouse, but a matching patterned see-through cloth on the sleeve. Are there various colored, and patterned sieve cloth sold in saree shops that are matching to the blouse pieces? Or do the tailoring shops would have a supply of various patterns? I liked that style she was wearing. Likely it will work well for kurthis as well.
    Any comments?

Usually tailors will have supply of such materials , if not also they source it. we have to pay extra.

as other poster said, we can get this material from tailor or as running blouse material from textile shops.
