    This post is mainly to get information from ladies in US . My delivery will be happening soon in India and I will travel back to US when baby is 3 months complete . What all are the documents that I need to take to hospitals in US for continuing baby vaccinations and for my post natal follow up ?

    Hi divya , myself also going to India for delivery. Many Congrats to you when is ur due????
    . Im adding myself here for instructions from other ILs.
    Also I need info regarding getting passport and visa for newborn.. since my husband will return back in few days after delivery,I don't know what are the documents required if one parent is in abroad.

    I think you need letter from embassy for spouse passport if he is abroad.
