Day Trips From Ann Arbor

    We recently moved to Ann Arbor and are eager to explore the places around Ann Arbor/Detroit, etc. We love the outdoors (beaches, parks and such). We would like to soak in the beauty before winter hits and hibernation starts.

    Please suggest some day trips that can be done over the weekends. Searching online is not the same as getting tips from the locals :)
