    No plateau dear.. Plateau comes when we lost most of the weight, but I have not yet started loosing weight.
    Yes i shouldn't stop it. Should continue..

    I have increased 0.8 kilos..dunno why :( remembering @Ana12 iam nw in the same boat as u.. not gonna get disheartened.. will try to figure out why there is a increase and work more harder..

    7:00 am - 1 Banana
    8:30am- Upma with coconut Chutney and 1 piece of Jilebi
    10:00 am- Coffee 1 cup with milk and 1 spoon sugra
    11:00 am - 1 cup of Honey Melon and 1/2 cup Veggie Soup
    1 Hr Zumba
    1:30pm - Rice with Mango Pappu and Banana curry
    4:00pm - 1 Orange and left over Soup from morning
    6:30pm - 1/2 Rava Toast
    8:30pm - 3 Chapatis with Sorakay Curry
    10:30pm - 6:30am Sleep

    Weight check: 77.7 kg reduced like 0.3kg.. from yesterday i have even started to watch my diet..
    1 July:
    -------
    bf: 3 dosas
    L: dal, 1 medium cup rice, capsicum curry & curd
    D: 2 dosas & sambhar

    2 July:
    -------
    morn: milk
    lunch: rice, sambhar, beetroot curry & curd
    E: tea
    D: half bowl noodles

    workout: cardio for 30 mins on both days

    lime honey water & later milk 1 cup
    bf:2 idlies,sambhar & coffee
    L: half cup rice, 1 paratha , 1 gulab jamun & buttermilk
    E: 4-5 biscuits

    walk: 15 mins
