    02/05 - Walk 4.5 km slow pace. Did bicep curls, triceps 15 reps. Some stretching.

    11/05 - 1 hr k-pop fitness dance exercise

    18/05 - 4.5 km
    19/05 - 4.5 km walk

    23/05 - 5.5 km walk - upper body workouts - arms and shoulders using 3 kg dumbbells - 15 mins
