    Evening snack: Khakra with homemade pesto (homegrown basil and pine nuts), slice of cheese, cucumber, tomato, onion and corriander. Taste bhi health bhi.

    Yesterday's menu : rice rotti, upma.

    Luncch was mixed vegetable kootu and cabbage sambar. 20170527_221142.jpg
    Today 's menu is beetroot palya, rasam. Breakfast is idli.
