    Week 3 - 7,866 - My average came lower. Was very tired Friday. Don't know why. Saturday I was driving long distance. The bright side- I am still higher than the first week average.

    Yay, you did it. I see 10k steps .
    It's not about the steps but it is how active you are everyday.
    For me Friday is a excuse,it's a Family time Friday night with authentic Indian food so not much worried about 10k if not done. Take a break once in a weekday or to be simple 5 days/ week workout.
