    @Rihana and @justanothergirl:

    Thank you for nominating and seconding my thread to the FP section. It is always a privilege if my thread is recognized by the members of IL. I have given link in my thread to two of the interesting ways Gamma brain waves can be generated. Particularly, the second one I experienced made a big difference especially when I brought out the height of compassion in my thoughts. I felt like I was connected to the universe. Please share your experience as well.

    Dear Viswa
    I believe this post was nominated earlier.
    My first nomination is Jayasala Ma'am's @jayasala42, Our Simple 'rasam' Of South India
    She, in her endearing style of writing, has given us so much valuable information on some snippets of history on a popular food item, Rasam.

    My second nomination for April is @Prash29 encouraging thread for folks to take 10,000 steps a day.
    10k Steps Challenge For 3 Months..
    A minimum of 10,000 steps is being recommended for a healthy lifestyle and this thread is very active since October 2016.
    While I have not posted in this thread I go to it everyday and other members' posts encourage me to walk more.

    Hi Viswa,

    Am coming after a long while and want to nominate this snippet - a question we often ask. I love Arushi's answer to the question and really laud her attitude. Yes, it is natural for us to groan and moan when pain gets overwhelming, but 'why me'? Well, 'why not'?

    The "why Me" Question

    @Viswamitra
    Your nomination of my thread Counselling For The Divorce Prone!
    was a great surprise and honour. Thank you very much.
    As you may know, I have requested years back that my posts, even if they are nominated, are not to be considered for any award. This honour is meant to encourage younger writers so that they feel enthused to write more and more.

    Dear CS, as supermoderator of this forum, rest assured, your posts will not be selected for any award. :) But it is always nice to have interesting threads nominated here so more people get an opportunity to read them.
