    Somebody cancelled a sitting and i got to meet her today and god this sitting made me believe she deserves the fee it is @1ro/min and it is a 45min session. Comes to around 7500/ sitting . and no insurance coverage :disappointed:.

    @satchitananda I asked her about Leslie and she said walk slowly and do not do any oblique movements that twist your lower half. She told me to avoid crossing my legs. And never stretch beyond the first point when you feel pain. Just sharing it so that you may find some relief not doing them. Tc. And the every 2 hours Physio regime continues for both back and neck.
