    May be i shd try this too.. Because the im giving him past two days raisins.But still he is not comfortable..

    papaya,raisins,orange really helps... I give my son raisins and he goes in less than 30 minutes... whatever methods/remedies we do baby need to eat right so try the simple one.. even sweet potato should help... if he is eating indian veggies like okra its the best....

    with banana it do help some kids but with some it worst so be careful with that...

    YeH thats very true.. If only they take it properly we will not have this problem in first case.. But they are kids nothing can make it easier.. Before he used to drink more water.. But now his intake has become less.. Maybe due to climate, its raining here for past weeks..if not he plays spitting out water when i make him drink..

    Hi priya
    I tried with raisins.. And garlic with ajwain.. But i couldn't find betal leaves here.. Shd get from indian stores this weekend..

    I won't say that there is no constipation, but his cries has reduced subsequently..
