    Got the MFP app. Daily allowance is 1200 cal.

    Today's menu:

    BF: 1/2 glass coffee, 1 sandwich
    MM: 1 glass buttermilk
    Lunch: 2 tbsps samai rice with 2 spoons keerai molgutal and 1/2 cup black chana chundal
    Evening: 1/2 glass coffee, 1 mango
    Dinner: 1/4 cup cauliflower grate, 1/4 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup rajma

    All the pictures in this thread so inspired me... to make a grocery list, go get the stuff, cook, put nicely in plate, and take picture. :blush:

    Cauliflower (cooked in oven. Just salt, black pepper, olive oil, turmeric. 1 hr. stir thrice).
    Quinoa puliyogare
    Roasted asparagus
    Roti (uncooked, ready to heat, from store!)

    Hi ladies, keep forgetting to take pics, dinners have been hectic the past week.

    @shodin, @Shanvy thanks to you and all the discussion, I made iddiyapam last Saturday. Also made ragi iddiyappam. DH was astonished that I made the effort and sends you all his gratitude.

    @Gauri03 that bell pepper soup was so tempting. Googled and made it. Got a "It's nice " from DS ,and the fact he ate soup itself is awesome. On the down side , had only 1/2 bowl left for me :crybaby2:

    With all the hot weather, and my massuer telling me - you hottu, veli hootu, drink cooling, and with me on this traditional cooking mode decided to make vendaya kali. Phone calls were made to my MIL to get recipe , she was also very suspicious about what has come over me. Luckily it was a success, just that i didnt know 100 g of fenugreek can make sooo much. Froze half of it.

    Kulakar rice? enlighten me pls.
    I didnt know Louki can be eaten raw either. Just recently had it as a salad, loved it, believe it helps with weightloss , yay!!

    Hiya!! Had an appt with my physiotherapist a new one here. She has asked me to do a particular regime every 2 hours and no bending and i shpuld learn to strut around like a peacock and sit like a a model. (As if i am going to the mrs.contest:relaxed: and she said i look young.:DEven if it was a white lie me happy.. only a session is real exorbitantly priced.

    Been invited to a lunch and guess what i am me:partyhat: and am taking a nice salad and a cabbage kootu.

    Will come back and reply.

    But :cheer::cheer:@rihana has brought us a plate .

    @Indhradhanu i know the feeling. I know you will have appended your pdf. Do send me a copy so as to pass it pn to my kids. Thanks in advance for all the effort and time.
