Lunch Ideas - Creating Balanced Vegetarian Meals

    @satchitananda i don't always but when i did, i used to enter what i ate into mfp religiously and had approximate calories. Can really do exact satchi. But most of my plates are in the 400calories something i have come to guess(hazardously:p) and all that i do from knitting to reading is already there in activity zone so i used to get a clue on how i am doing.

    I have come a long way @satchitananda. Today i worry about weight gain only because it would hurt my spine and knees more. I know how i looked earlier with even the slight increase and how i am gaining now. So this is somsthing i have to understand and work on. The gab gabbar really is a bad one:rage:.
    So let us see how best i can. If i eat a fruit yoghurt as a snack i would work my dinner differently teducing the portion size.

    We can :beer-toast1: with out becoming obsessed. My dd has hidden my weighing scales.:smash2:.

    Had a big lauki/bottlegourd bought last week. I drink the juice sometimes and the rest is a sabji. Last time i made the sabji dh was saying it is sweet. So today it got transfromed into lovely sabji. Happy everybody. Me as it just took a. Couple of spoons of besan and a very little oil. Master of sneaking yeah that's me. I can write a whole book.
    And this one was done for dd.. missed the sequence and

    Lemon kulakar rice, curds, kofta gravy, two salads..(one veg salad in regular dressing and another with greek yoghurt i have been wanting to )

    I had Barnyard millets with Sambar + barnyard millets curd rice with Bhindi sabzi & banana chips {Me nd My Neighbour frnd on 6 days a week healthy food challenge.......yep yep missing late nite ice creamzzz }
