    15/4 - 2 Miles burn body fat indoor walking with weights.
    Upper body toning workout with 1 kg dumbbells.

    17/4- 45 minutes of indoor walking 3 miles.
    5 minutes of shoulders toning workout with 1 kg dumbbells.

    22/4: Woman`s health perfect body workout-
    Cardio and cool down for 24 minutes.
    Strength and cool down for 22 minutes. Used 1 kg dumbbells

    24/4 - walked 4 km. Did some stretching and cycling, twisting etc workout in the outdoor fitness corner.

    25/4- 25 minutes low impact beginner cardio workout from Body project
    22 minutes Amy Dixon perfect body workout -strength .used 1 kg dumbbells.

    26/4 - walked 5.5 km.
    27/4 - walked 4.5 km this morning. Did some bicep curls, triceps, chest flies with 3 kg dumbells. its a bit heavy, so number of reps were less. I have to find my 0.5 kg dumbbells.
