    Guest, ds s exam on a row...
    As of guest cant able to concentrate on diet but did my workout properly...

    Increased 1 kg and now decreased that...

    Em tea with jaggery, banana, 2 rusk
    Bf mushrom pulao,With curd and pappad
    Snk one chickoo, tea with jaggery
    Lunch salad- cucumber+carrot+moongdhal+coconut+peanut+grapes soji upma
    Snk bhel puri, tea
    Dinner water melon, butter milk

    Workout
    30 min spot jog , 2 miles outside walk (overall 10 K steps)

    Hi gals,
    Vacation started for my DS.. so i vl be on and off...
    From april 1 diet, workout both are going good...
    eventhough i am having junk, i vl have small portion of it (to avoid scolding from DH:tonguewink:)
    Completely avoided rice , including milets and whole grain....two servings of fruits and veggies.... concentrating on water intake...have to include green tea on a regular basis... as of vacation my other activities vl be less...this is overall feedback of myself:grin:
