    EM - water + 1 dosa (had to rush for a meeting)
    MM - 2 idli+sambar + tea
    Lunch - rice + mango chutney + spinach
    Afternoon - tea + 1 slice of mango + little mixture
    Dinner - curd rice + aloo bhaji

    Walk - 6235 steps only
    Skin care - applied lemon juice +rose water followed by other routine care
