    Ingredients:

    Corn flour ¼ cup
    Sabja seeds 1 table spoon
    Vanilla and tutti fruity ice cream 2 cups
    Tutti fruity 2 table spoons
    Cherry 2 table spoons
    Cashew 2 table spoons
    Badam, Pista - 2 table spoons each
    Chocolate chips - 2 table spoons
    Small sweet mittai ( like fancy vermicelli)
    Small pieces of kismis (dry grapes)
    Fruit jelly (select according to the taste of the ice cream which you choose)
    Here I used green and yellow jelly. Where green jelly is cut into small pieces and yellow into big slices
    Some fruits like apple,pears,etc. Cut into small pieces ( optional)
    One tray of ice cubes

    Method:

    First soak sabja seeds in water for about 30 minutes and then drain it and keep aside.
    Then in bowl pour ½ cup of water and allow it to boil.
    Then put the corn flour into the boiling water and stir well.
    Simultaneously keep ready with the muruku aachu where oompodi plate is placed and also ready with ice cubes on a big bowl.
    Immediately transfer the corn mixture into the aachu and using the aachu pour on the ice cubes.
    You can notice that it suddenly changes into thick and looks like cooked semiya.
    Take that and keep aside.
    Now take a long glass tumbler.
    First fill with tutti friuty, then with the corn flour mixture which looks like semiya,sabja seeds,ice cream,etc. Like that add all the items one by one.( any order as per your wish)
    At last add the cherry at the top and with pieces of badam,pista and cashew.
    Now it's ready to serve.
    It will be very tasty and yummy.
    For more decoration I added the wafers at the top.
