hi frd... as im packed with my 1 yr daughter im unable to respond on time... i think i already explained about the diet indetail on my previous mails... anyhow let me list out some so that you can start following by now itself....

    DO -
    * maximum cooking should be strictly in MUD vessels....
    * use either glass, silver or mud plates for drinking & eating purposes
    * brisk walking for half an hour to one hour (depends on kgs)
    * take vazha thandu kootu with paasi parupu 4 days in a week...
    * take idly with small onion sambar as mostly night tiffen
    * murunga illai, muraga kai helps a lot in your dh problem
    * serve your dh daily a hot milk with a hand of fresh murunga poo (pl note this)
    * slightly fry some 4-5 small onions in sesame oil & serve him in daily breakfast
    DON'T -
    * No packet items or packed drinks like pepsi, coke etc
    * No junk foods, no hotel foods...
    * pl avoid eating foods that are cooked after 5 hours..

there is no specific diet in her treatment.... you can eat anything home made which are cooked at the maximum of 5 hours gap... are you in your regular cycle, if yes concentrate on your dh food a lot as i mentioned above.... those murungai+small onion helps my dh problem a lot along with the medicines

my best wishes... advance happy Diwali

Hello everyone.. I went to Dr.Jamuna clinic last week. I have a cyst on the right side, So thought of trying sidha instead of allopathy.

Now i am vry scared whether i will be able to follow the diet plan given by jamuna...
is it really possible to completely follow the plan?? Can we really avoid tamarind and coconut...

also, she mentioned that all grinding should be in attukallu and ammikallu... should we grind dosa mavu only in attukallu?? and not use grinder at all??
also i reach home after 7 only... for making any chutney, it will be difficult without mixie.. shud v not use mixie at all??
