    20th feb: 66kgs..it took me 3 weeks of hard work to loose 300 gms...but i am happy that atleast o could get rid of some weight..
    Today's update
    Tea , 1 small pc of home made cake
    Oats with milk andbanana
    2 roti, sambar, small bowl of veg rice
    Tea
    1 roti, sambar

    Not feeling well so no workout...

    Hello all,

    This is Meena.. Me too join this thread..

    Current weight 130 LB
    My Target weight 115 LB

    Eating only homemade food and Avoiding outside foods and sweets.
    Having tea in evening with 2 biscuits (Unable to control this tea :disappointed:)

    Today Started with Suryanamaskar (15 rounds) and 30 ms walking

    Expecting some more tips from you all

    Morning Green tea + Broken wheat upuma
    Lunch Coconut rice 1 small cup
    snack - green apple with carrot and cucumber with yoghurt
    Laban with 5 dates
    Dinner - 2 felafil sandwich ( need to stop this in night)
    20 minutes yoga.
